This is a full-time hybrid Project Manager role based in Richardson, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager oversees athletic surface and dance floor projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing materials and equipment, and communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring site progress, organizing inspections, resolving issues, and updating stakeholders on status and risks. The Project Manager also supports logistics planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Must have industry experience.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects.
• Expeditor and expediting skills to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time.
• Inspection skills to verify installation quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
• Logistics management skills to organize transportation, delivery, and on-site resource allocation.
• Experience in construction, flooring, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote tasks.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued from $250K to multi-million dollars.
• Knowledge of athletic equipment installation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Experience working with general contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
